Highly doubt it.
Use some common sense!

1) No forums/public communication about it on their website.
2) Download is a .exe (not ALWAYS bad, but .exe + no public talk about it = no good)
3) If you look around sythe/the forum you will see very little (none at all?) talk about it.

I highly doubt it's a safe or legitimate bot and would highly recommend against using it.
