   Slowmo Runescape

   ok, so i reformated my computer the other day, and when i tryed to play on runescape everything is on slow motion.
   
   It isnt lag, because if i was to click on the stairs on run, it takes the exact same time if i wasnt slowmotion running
   
   Can anyone fix my problem?

   CTRL + ALT + DEL, Processes, and set priority Higher Then Normal on 'iexplore.exe'.
