It happened quite a few times to me in the past few days. When ever I try to do a post, it would take very long for the server to respond. On some cases, the server went offline even though I could access the site. It just lags when I wanted to post something. Thought I'd give a feedback about this. Thx for reading it.
Yes, everyone is getting what you are getting. It could be due to the site being DDOsed or just the server playing up. Issues like these usually go away after a few days. If you find making a post sometimes doesn't work. You can just instead of doing a quick reply, you can instead do and then press submit post, posts usually get posted more successfully if you do it that way.
Just adding on to this; when you post, and if it didn't go though, you could always go to the previous page, and you would have had all the text you typed untouched. This only works on advanced reply.
It just means a server error, it's quite common and perfectly normal. These normally last for a maximum of 10 minutes before the site is back up and running.
