slipknot is one of my fav bands, my fav song is the blister exists or duality, ohhh and my favourite member of the band is mick! his new mask is by far the best

 

Yeah they are a pretty good band. I think they could get a way better sound with the number of people they have. The songs i like are: Duality, Don't get close, Scream, and Three Nil.

 

I like Wait And Bleed and Duality by them. Aren't they considered trash metal?

 

No,not even close.

They're considered shitty "nu-metal".

 

I like some of it but it can get a bit repetative. Plus their third album was filled with half-assed stonesour reject tracks.

 

My friend told me they broke up but i think hes lying.

 

Whoever told you Slipknot's thrash metal is a complete idiot.
Anyways, I like People = Shit and Liberate by them, everything else pretty much sucked during and after Iowa.

 

They are nu-metal, not rap-metal...

As much as their music is so irritatingly nu-metal, I think their personalities off-stage are very presentable and worth noting.

Slipknot is my 2nd favorite band (favorite is System of a Down) and my favorite song by them is Spit it Out. Slipknot isn't only Rap Metal, they are also Heavy Metal, and Alternative Metal.
