    My internet was disconnected temporarily, I then offered him compensation + refund and he proceeded to cuss me out and open a scam report. He opened a dispute over Paypal which i sent the money back but still insists on opening a scam report. Regardless, this makes me look bad and i am very upset, i've had to close down my account shop because he posted allover my threads saying i'm a scammer.

    You offered no refund or compensation! You deleted me of skype and refused to contact me. I sent you a request for a refund and you denied that. Only after that i proceeded to file a claim. SO DONT STAND HERE LYING ABOUT IT. as for everyone else you have been warned trust him of your own accord he will probably scam you
