    Slight Facial/Body Acne

I've never had acne till the past year and a half, and it
honestly bugs me a lot. I have it on my forehead, and cheeks,
and lately I've been getting it on my shoulders and upper back.
It's not disgusting acne, it's just small and red. I hate it.
I'm embarrased to swim, or even have a close conversation
with a person especially a girl. As of now, I'm on a Clean & Clear
medication that I use twice a day, usually morning and night.
If anybody here has dealt with acne or has it now, please post
your remedies or what you did to overcome it.

    Thank you to whoever contributes.

I have a method that gets rid of acne overnight 20 dollars paypal and its yours, JUST KIDDING, anyway yes it can be bothersome bu i use a rather harsh way to get rid of mine but it works but its not to be used in excess i use fingernail polish remover to get rid of mine it usually gets rid of acne between 1-3 days, but its rather harsh on the skin people say, but ive been using for years and girls haven't noticed anything bad about me.

I used to put rubbing alcohol on my acne, but I noticed
my skin getting drier everytime I applied it.

Heres how to get rid of acne.

Eat lots of healthy foods and drink lots of water. Don't try to pop your pimples, because it'll only make shit worse. If anything, go to your doctor and ask for prescription shit that takes away acne.

That prescription cream stuff is 10x better then clean and clear/proactive garbge.

    Hope this somewhat helps.

Thanks for the most part, but I think most prescription cream
    is usually genetic forms.

I didn't use it all over just simply on the worst spots. If used in excess it will dry-out skin.

I'm going to drink 10 cups of water every day, but spread out
    the intake throughout the day.

2.5% benzoyl peroxide is an OTC topical wash that a lot of people have had success with. You may want to try it out. Other than that, just keep your face clean, but don't shower more than twice a day as it can dry out your skin.

I use Clean & Clear it has benzoyl peroxide. The thing is,
it doesn't get rid of my acne it just makes it less noticeable,
because it gets rid of the puss.

You use it twice a day? Does your skin feel dry or flaky?

Just leave it alone. Don't smother yourself in endless lotions and potions and don't pick any spots that you do get.

My doctor prescribed me with benzoyl peroxide gel 5% tropical use and I have no idea how to use it. What are your step by step procedures. And by the way, do you guys use cold/hot/warm water to wash your face?

As people have said, a good diet and lots of water will help deal with acne. Also, if you can, rubbing coconut oil on your face and areas affected (small amount, as it absorbs) after you get out of the shower at night helps get rid of pimples and acne.
It has anti-bacterial, anti-microbial properties, and is alot better than using chemicals and other things on your skin.

best advice ONLY if you have slight-moderate acne as you have described. if it continually gets worse ask your dermatologist for anti-biotics

Exactly, and those Anti Biotics are amazing.

And if it's only minor red spots on your face. Buy some coverup. Works great.

I tried lots of creams, facial scrubs and shit, but none of it really worked.
It's mostly gone now, with the odd outburst on my face, but it's hardly noticeable. As you get older you'll get out of it. I wouldn't try home made remedies or other shit, it will just make it worse.

Drink more water though, that can always be helpful.
