Well the reason your feeling so tired is because of your lack of sleep. According to servays/Reasearchs by scientists we need on averag of 8 hours per day of sleep. I personally sleep bewteeen 8 - 12 hours, depending on what i've been doing or alochol related.

    Sleeping problems?

Some people really know nothing about sleep.

Your body NEEDS about 8 hours sleep a day when you are fully grown, and 9-10 preferably when you are still growing. You also cannot just take an 8 hour block of sleep and say "I'm still tired, this doesn't work."

The long and short of it is, your body is exhausted. Of course you will still feel tired after a single night's decent rest, because your body will still be exhausted. try taking 8-10 hours sleep every night for a month and see what happens.

    As do I.

I fall asleep every day 6th and 7th period (Math and Global 2) and my girlfriend often has to drag me out of bed to get up.

    Sleeping problems?

Since many years, people of all age groups have been suffering from problems of sleeping disorders even my cousin have same problem then someone is suggested Rozerem to him and its a wonderful sleep medicine that has been certified to treat insomnia and cure for people with trouble in declining sleeping. And also rozerem sleeping pills are available at online pharmacy at guaranteed lowest rate. I think it might work for you.

    Sleeping problems?

Wow. you dug this thread up out of long-lost hell...

Anyways, I sleep from about 5am-2pm on weekdays (Homeschool has its perks, got expelled from public school).

Weekends I usually sleep from 2-3am to about 11am, then go hangout with friends.

    Sleeping problems?

Due to a fucked up school, I wake up at five in the morning everyday. I go to bed around 10:30 - 11:00, and don't feel tired at all.

Have a cup of coffee each morning if you already don't.
