The simple truth, about this illness you so claim is your body not getting enough sleep. I would recommend you sleep extra on weekends to catch up because your depriving your body of rest.

    Sleeping problems?

Weekdays I go to sleep at 10-10:30 and wake up at 5:30-6. I drag all day long but most days I manage to stay awake until 10. If it's a weekend I go to sleep at near midnight and wake up at no later then 10. Summer sleep at 4-6 in the morning wake up at 2 in the afternoon

I always feel really tired when i wake up too, And not so much on weekends.

If it really bothered me that much i'd go to bed earlier, But i manage to drag myself outta bed and im fine soon after.

Try getting more sleep and suprisingly what you eat can effect you alot!!!

I stay up quite often and regret it the next day, but with a healthy meal all that can be helped, not prevented, but helped. Try eating less sugary breakfasts and more like wheeties! :D

    Sleeping problems?

hm, if I slept for that long, I wouldn't even live for that day.

I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep on the weekdays, and I'm tired as fuck. However, when it comes to weekends, I usually sleep for 10-12 hours. Try taking naps in the middle of the day for an hour or so, and see how you feel.

    Sleeping problems?

I very rarely sleep well. Actually, I sleep about 4-5 hours a day, and if I am tired I will get 14 hours or so. Even on school days. So, even after that I am always tired.

The one time I felt completely rested, relaxed, and just awesome was after a Lucid Dream. I was flying, soaring, just so peaceful. I went to some volcano or something, and swam with fishes. I know it sounds stupid, but you should check out HeavenLords guide on how to induce lucid dreaming.

Please note, these are completely safe, they are normal, most people have them on a regular basis. They are amazing.

It could be the stage of sleep you wake up in. When sleeping you go through 4 stages continuously. If you wake up in one of your deeper states you do feel tired when you wake up. Without knowing everything about you, what you do before bed, your diet, all that stuff, its hard to pin point the problem.

I sleep like 7-8 hours and yeah I feel rested
