    Sleeping problems?

A lot of times it feels like sleeping does nothing for me.. I go to bed at like 1 and wake up at 7-8. I still feel very tired all day.

    How long do you sleep?

    Do you feel rested?

    I sleep for around 8 - 10 hrs.

You need at least 8 hours sleep, thats probably why you feel tired.

It makes not much of a difference on weekends when I sleep for an extra hour or 2.

That extra hour or 2 won't cover the 5 hrs your missing throughout the week though.

You need to be consistant, you can't just make up for sleep by sleeping extra the next day, like yeah it helps but it won't make up for it. Try going to bed earlier like Jansen said, try it for a week and i bet it'll help.

Sometimes I go to sleep at 12 like I'm going to tonight. If i do that for many days in a row than I'll start to feel drowsy at school.

6 - 7 hours sleep a day wont get you far unless you start popping caffeine pills [ highly unrecommended unless you wana completely crash ]

you shud go to bed maybe even before 11. try to stay off the computer from 9pm onwards to rewind your mind from thinking about all the things your doing as it tends to keep you awake, creating ideas etc.

also having a cup of tea [just add sugar if you dont like it much] can calm your mind so you feel restored in the morning :)

if all hopes gone after trying everything then your just a weird child.

    Sleeping problems?

I sleep for about seven hours everyday, eight if I lifted that day.

If you're still tired after a good amount of sleep, it's probably due to the fact you're growing. I'd suggest increasing the sleep amount to 9 - 10 hours.

It may be I'm a bit iron deficient. Well, more than a bit; it runs in my family. I'm just going to try to sleep earlier. I usually try but my mind can't shut down until I'm dead tired; so I get on my computer.

If your active during the day (exercise etc) then you should fall asleep easily.

I get 5-7 hours of sleep per night and I feel perfectly fine. I usually go to sleep at around 12-2 am and wake up at 7 am.

Yea, I don't have gym anymore so I'm not terribly physically active; just some skating + soccer.

I get 7 hours of sleep a day.
I have alot of troubles waking up for school, and I often doze off in class, but going to bed late is just a bad habit of mine.

    Sleeping problems?

    Tiredness?

I fail to generate feeling of such.

It's 2am here, and I have school at 8am, but I must be up at 7am.

The way I see it, sleeping for those 5 hours would just be a tease to my body, causing me to fall asleep in school.
