Slayer help.

I need help with some slayer matters like
What slayer master to use, specific monsters weaknesses and fastest methods of teletransportation.
Let's start with:
What slayer master gives the most slayer xp per hour at mid levels like 60 att 60 str 50 def.
When should I move up?

 

Just go on runescape wiki and search up slayer. It'll tell you all you need to know and for your tasks just search the monster's name and it'll tell you all about it.

Please note this is 07, I have done monkey madness, I have access to fairy rings, if I get a cannon, what's the optimal slayer master at the stats mentioned, when should I move up?
