Skype Account issues

For the first time my skype isn't working... says invalid log info. So i tried to recover it changed pass via microsoft account and it still says invalid... So i tried logging in on my pc via skype using my microsoft account info and i just get a blank white screen after trying to log in.

I made a new skype which is now working. I tried to reset pass again but it says i ran out of automated codes LOL. So wtf do i do now?
