    Skrill Question

Contact them and ask for it. Must be a reason you have 250?

Should be much higher than 250. I have 5k atm.

    Skrill Question

Although I looked everywhere I possibly could, I didn't find an e-mail address where they'd respond to such inquiries. All they have is the shitty knowledge base for all I know.

Could it be becacuse my CC is relatively new? [40days or so]

    Skrill Question

I think the skrill credit card has a solid 250/day limit which cannot be increased, since I'm 100% verified, have no limits on transactions etc, but the only thing that is limited is my skrill creditcard.

Best bet is to call skrill and ask.
Their number is on the bottom of the knowledge base when you are on the support form
