Honestly the only somewhat impressive skills are the 70 wc and the 68 hunter, but then again i got 65 hunter on my skiller in 4 days lol. Probably like 10-15 dollars idk?

 

Maybe a f2p str pure if you are lucky, I would recommend botting on the account since its fairly easy to train skills in member worlds.
