Good 'ole Jamaican ska. Anybody else a big ska fanatic here? I listen to all ska pretty much except any 3rd-wave-punk ska. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Streetlight Manifesto is as punk as it gets for me, personally. What are your favorite ska bands and songs? Personally, I listen to Streetlight Manifesto (my all-time favorite band ), Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution (BOTAR), Reel ********, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Planet Smashers, MU330, Save Ferris, The Aquabats, Sublime, The Mad Caddies If anybody has any bands to suggest that are like my tastes, that'd be awesome! Oh and here's my favorite song at the moment.
Hahha skaa is amazing. Sublime,reel ********, and the pie taster are all I really listen too anymore. =\ kinda sad but I used to be a big ska fan.
I was up in Maine (near our cottage in a city) and saw a car parked on the side of the street with a bumpersticker: "The Pietasters" I knew they were a skaband, as I'd heard of them. I was like, yeahhhhhh! SKA! It's pretty underground. It's making a sudden emergence though
