I just saw Captain America 2 and thought Sivir should have captain america skin because of her shield. Just like Ryze has uncle sam , this would be cool

Doubt it ^^ so many really nicely drawn skins get posted and thousands of upvotes and nothing happens =[

 

I'm pretty sure I saw before that it takes around 9 months for them to fully develop a skin, so I doubt they would want to do all the skin concept they see.

LOL I don't think so, I mean... look at Swamp Master Kennen and Deadly Kennen, they just changed his colours.

They could make it similar, but obviously not use the name/logos. Just look at Toxic Dr. Mundo. It's just the Hulk basically.

 

but to stay on topic yes the captain america shield idea is pretty cool. just dunno if they are allowed to str8 copy that tho

I thought that too but he doesn't have an ability that throws it, he only jumps on people lol, unless of course they replace the spear with the shielf, thatd be epic

 

League copy/paster dota anyways so can't see a problem with copying Captain america

Anyway, they really don't take player submission for skins seriously. Players have made everything, EVERYTHING for a skin. The in-game sprites and all, including splash art. They would literally have to do nothing but upload them to the files for the next patch, they just don't do it.
