simple computer issues

Two things:

My bottom scrollbar on firefox just won't appear. Also, when I hover over links, their address won't appear either. It was working ~ an hour ago, and I don't think I touched anything.

Two, the bottom thing for word also disappeared, now I have no way of knowing my word count :S (Word 2007).

Help for either would be great.

 

You could try a restart of your computer, however I think re-installing your programs would probably fix the problem.

 

Word: Just right click on the bottom bar and choose word count.

FireFox: Start it up in safemode by holding shift whilst starting it up, then choose to reset all user preferences.

 

The problem is that there is no bottom bar with Word.
It's the 2007/2009 version, not sure which
