simple chrome extension

I need to have a Sneaker "Bot"/ Google Chrome Extension constructed for shop.ccs.com
This sneaker "Bot" will automatically add a men's size 10 upon reaching any mens shoe within the site to the virtual cart
The "Bot" must act immediately without fail due to the limited availability of a certain shoe
It must be located in the toolbar where extensions in google chrome are located for turning on and off.
