Simba help

Well i have followed everything i even uninstalled simba , i uninstalled java and reinstalled everything but i keep getting this when i run msi

so what should i do im lost , i have followed on there forums but no help really.

well thats what i did when i dont know something i google it or go to where the app was made and searched it , i went to the faq where there is a topic about it and i opened it and followed it it said if you have this problem then your java is not up to date which it is its jdk 7u3 the newest one out , it said to either uninstall it and then reinstall it i did that and still nothing . I have windows 7 , i never had this problem when i was using vista its the first time i see this problem appear.
