Signature Scroll Boxes

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but i think it would be a huge help. I have seen on numerous upon numerous forum sites, inverting signature sizes, this means that if someones wants something in there signature that is too big, you set a limit to the signature size (i.e. 500x500 pixels) and it that is exceeded it puts it into a scroll box. This can be helpful in many ways.

1. Gets rid of pesky and annoying extremely large signatures.
2. Lets the people have the large signatures without annoying others
3. For the people who dont like the vouch threads, this would make it extremely easy for all there vouches to fit in there signature
4. Have more than one item (gfx) in there signature at one time

Lemme know what you think

 

I guess it's not a bad idea. Implementing it would be kinda hard, but I'm sure it could be done. It also depends on the size of the signature and whether or not we'd have the option of keeping it scrolled or not.

 

I think that spoiler buttons with changeable text on the button would be a better idea. Do you know what these are?

I think seeing scroll boxes all over the forum would be very ugly.

I'm all for having smaller signatures, but I think they should just enforce it they way they currently enforce it.

 

All fun and games until some douche bag links to 4,000 images.

 

Having scroll boxes everywhere would be ugly, and if you're using your mousewheel to scroll down the page you'll also have to scroll through their signature. (unless you move your mouse past peoples signatures every time you want to scroll)

 

For donors maybe, but it would be annoying if everybody had one. And I doubt it would be easy to implement.

 

If images are disabled in them, sure.

Support, it would make the pages a lot more tidier.

Eww no. All the scroll boxes would be really annoying and ugly. Also it was be hard to scroll down the page because every time you get to a signature you have to scroll through it before you can continue down the page. No support.

I don't really like the look of scroll boxes. Just leave it at what it is.

 

I don't support this. I don't want spoiler tags (which wouldn't be nearly as annoying as this) so no support from me.

 

I personally think it would look to sophisticated with a scrollbox in signatures.

However, it high amount donors and staff could use this, it might be fine. Limit them to 3-5 images or something.
Also, only let the scroller go up and down, but NOT left to right.
