Signature Question

I recently had a signature done for me (one in use) and I'm not quite sure how to make each tab of my siggy hyperlink to another page on here.

Could someone help me out/do it for me/point me in the right direction?

 

Pretty much all you need to do is take your signature into Photoshop, and slice up the signature into the 3 separate sections. Once you do, upload them, and insert the links below.

If you just copy that line of text replacing the MM and BA URL spots with your thread links, you should get this:
