Sieu Phan scammed me

Briefly explain the trade: So anyways I got scammed 260 dollar moneypack from him. I do not think he was hacked. I think this is a reoccurring issue. He has supposedly been hacked 3 separate times allowing him to scam.

How they scammed:
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: talked with him in pms on sythe and then skype. while in skype he did not behave like a scammer he even put off the trade for 10 mins to finish watching a tv show he also sent a picture of the error his account was getting.

Alright well regardless of whether or not he was hacked, he will have to pay you back if he wishes to come back to sythe. I'll remember this report if he makes a dispute
