I think that "Failed" should be slapped with TwC. Hes repeatedly been accused with scamming.
The only reason "Gogoer" got banned was because of spamming the thread after he got scammed.
He also supposidy has a previous account that was banned for scamming.

How could 5 different people be lieing about Failed being a scammer. The evidence isn't in his favor.
