    Is it still possible to get shade robes???
    I just found out they are untradable.

    I also got an account with like 40+ sets of em.

    Yes it is possible to get shade robes. Do DT and do the mini game for it. Fire cape is also untradable, just one of the many things that are untradable.

    Apparently there are shades in the 4th floor of Stronghold Of Security.

    Shade Robes are dropped by Shades on the 4th floor of the Stonghold of Security. I wouldn't suggest training on them because they give 1xp per 4 hits (thats 1/16th of normal training).
