Server Delay

Hey guys, lately I've been pking and there seems to be some sort of delay where I would hit my enemy and no numbers would pop up right away. Is this due to my internet connection/computer? Or are you guys experiencing the same thing that I am. It's bothering me a lot too cause I could lose my ags with this delay which I no is not a lot but dying to lag is not the best way to lose an ags in my opinion. . Anyways, your responses appreciated as always.

EDIT: This is not only in PvP, but I've been experiencing this also while just walking to the bank and withdrawing items.
