Seriously, cmon whats wrong??

Ok this is my situation.

I have everything my server needs to run and its all setup...

no-ip
jdk
port forwarding
compiler

but no, my server still wont run. I know its partially working because it states...

"Loading... Please Wait" for about 3 seconds. Then states
"Error Connecting To Server"


If there may be anything that you may think is wrong please bring it up.

 

Compile your server first.
