I don't see how spam bots get in unless they register manually and pick the correct topics somehow, as theres captcha on register.

 

People manually register accounts, bot does the rest. It's somewhat inefficient if you're only going to post one topic, but it happens.

Also, your sig has several errors you might want to take a look at... Maybe learn PHP?
