Sending gift payment?

Sorry if it's in wrong section, but is this still IRREVERSIBLE on paypal?

As in... if they send a gift payment, can they claim it back? Or what is the best way to use PayPal?
I got 5+ accounts locked (All with my real bank accounts) and only ONE account left to make a Paypal, and I don't want it to get locked because someone recovers cash.

Help please.

Why would you set up a fake bank account? How do you get the money out? ;/

All paypal payments are reversable so it is very risky using it. There's not much you can do, simple avoid it if the trade is a big amount, unless your dealing with someone you trust (which doesn't seem likely because of this thread).

And Skele. Hard to trust anyone now-a-days. A "friend" of mine I've known since 03 or sooner, hacked my older account with phat set I made by dueling, lol. I even had his phone number and address (Planned to visit eachother irl) but nah, he decided to scam. Love it.

Some people I just met are more trustworthy than anyone over the internet, imo. Since I can SEE people irl, and I can't see anyone over the internet.
