okay i got a limited paypal account it has 130 dollars on it. Its fresh with nothing no card nothing etc, so u can do w.e u want with it.

Im selling this for mills high crate, or for for 80$ moneybookers or mail.
Meaning u make 50$ profit.

Why would you want to do this? you can just request a check for a small fee (1.50 i think)...

What exactly do you mean by limited? What would make it "unlimited"?

 

When a paypal account is limited, you can't withdraw, send or receive money until you UNLIMIT the account.

The account can be limited by following the steps that they will tell u on paypal.
Like, verifying phone, verifying adress, adding bankcard etc, then they'll decide whether to accept and unlimit (then you can take the money off) or they decline, and u have to wait 180 days until u automatically can take the money off then.

 

And you aren't old enough/have your parents consent to get a credit card?

 

I've got a debit card, but i'm not going to use it with paypal ever, i never wanted to use paypal in the first place, but most noobs on sythe wanted paypal so i gave it a try, and guess what yep all scammers, and got my paypal limited because they chargedback.

No, he means that he's unverified AND he got limited because of chargebacks.

 

Not only is this NOT allowed, but it is ILLEGAL. You are requesting someone adds their financial information (credit card info, bank account info) to YOUR Paypal account. So, not only is this going to be locked, but you are being infracted as well. Let this be a warning to anyone on Sythe trying to "sell" a Paypal account. It's illegal. You will be reprimanded.
