Very simple When you first start on tut island they will make you change your appearence right? don't click anything just click anywhere on map to close it then do the tut as usual,when your done and your in lumby castle;log out and in you will see that the window that asks you to change the appearence is still there if you want to keep it move away so that u close the window,this window will pop up each time u log in unless u click accept..
