Self Requested Ban?

So, I'm very new here, and was reading through rules and titles and what not, and I saw one that was "Self Requested Ban". Why would someone want to be banned? Shed some light? Thanks.

Is that so there "Posts/day" doesn't go down?

 

It goes down regardless

 

Basically safety reasons for more of the market users I think if you are going away on vacation you SRB for multiple reasons but even still lots of people don't do it

 

It seems that a lot of the more trusted sythe users tend to do it when they are taking a break or just won't be on sythe for a decent amount of time. Like I noticed Void kills recently requested it. It takes away any chance of someone hacking their account of people trying to scam other users by saying the account is theirs, while they are gone.
