I'll link you to one of my guides, http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1231421 If you look at the bottom of the first post it shows you how to download and use a program called screensnapper, which makes posting screen shots incredibly easy. If you don't want to use that though, you can press the print screen key (prnt scr, PrtSc) on your laptop/keyboard and then simply paste in paint and save it to your computer. Once you have done that go on www.photobucket.com (I think you have to sign up, I'm not sure) and then upload your image and it will give the links to use I highly recommend you use screen snapper though.
