Scared

Lately, I have been sort of associating myself with the wrong type of people.

Basically, I have been asking questions without knowing it, sort of subliminally. About gang activity and so on, Learning about them carrying hammers, knives, scissors and so on. This is making me realise that there are alot of bad people, and quite frankly its scaring me.

I just really need advice to dis-associate myself from them and try to not get in trouble.

Advice please

 

I would recommend just gradually drifting apart from them. Stop going to group activities more and more frequently. Try to start moving towards perhaps a better group of friends and joining them with other activities. Ideally, the bad people will just forget about you and leave you alone. Good luck, my friend.

 

Pretty much as the poster above me said; Just gradually decrease your activities with them, try to start slowly hanging out with a "better crowd". If, however, you're at risk, I suggest just getting the hell away from that crowd.

Off-topic: Who the hell would carry hammers and scissors as weapons?... I mean, I paid $10 for a great knife... Spring assisted, 4" blade... I don't see the upside of a hammer or scissors as opposed to a knife...
Just a thought...

 

Better leave before your worst nightmare hits you. Try to find better people that can get you to be successful in life rather than going the opposite way.

 

Just curious but how old are you?

 

This is a no brainer. Just stop associating yourself. Quit hanging out and eliminate contact with them, and move along with your life.

Are you sure you aren't just confused about the whole situation? They are young and them carrying scissors and hammers around just makes it seem they are immature and trying to act hard. Real gang members don't walk around with hammers in their pockets. Plus I just find it strange how you just keep magically appearing around the "bad" people. This whole thing just sounds strange to me and I can't really take it seriously to be honest.

sounds more like they are good people...going around building houses and wrapping presents for people haha.

But really, who are they going to fight with those? Do they realize that guns have been invented? Hell, a bow and arrow was invented in like the Paleolithic era...that is even a better option than what they have gone with.
