SCAR help please

Everytime i try to run a script i get an error pertaining to color. I already downloaded and installed the latest SRl and i dont know what to do so help me out plz. The error I get looks like this:
Line 247: [Error] (1122:11): Unknown identifier 'ScanExactMinimapD' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.13\includes\SRL/SRL/Core/Color.scar
It also opens up a tab called color.scar and says:
function ScanMMColorExact(var x, y: Integer; color: Integer): Boolean;
begin
Result := ScanExactMinimapD(x, y, color, 0);
end;

 

Move the plugins from the Place Inside Plugins Folder into your Plugins folder.

 

I copied all the things from that folder inside to the plugins folder but it didn't do anything.

 

could it be an outdated SCAR ?

 

I dont belive so, i am running SCAR 3.13 and i am trying to run the Monks 0.7 script and the flax picker + spinner + banker found in the runescape scripts forums.
