scamming system?

I think like we should have a system of everyone that is a scammer like names and pics of proof. Then when we wana trade we check the system and see. Any1 agree?

I was thinking about something different, like a Paypal type dispute system, in where both trades could resolve it by themselfs and, if they cant, they scalate it to admins . This would have records of the trades in their accs that could be searched just as Sin said but in a system with structure.

Someone could make this modification, idk, but it would be awesome.
