Is there any point filling in one of them scammer reports if the scammer (wowhamba ) has already had one filled about a seperate incident and been banned =D

Yes I understand, but I know people can plead to get unbanned or what have you, so possibly the more evidence of scamming the less likely.......... meh.

No, I wouldn't see any point in reporting some one if they have already been banned.

Report them.
Then if they try to get a pardon, it'll get denied.

Pardon on sythe = unban.
