Briefly explain the trade:Added him/her to steam because wanted a Starcraft 2 , Made a deal with him/her that they would save the account for me for a couple of days then i'd pay for a steam account aswell.
Comes to the day i pay for it and everything goes smooth , gives me information for both accounts etc. I'm happy. They both get retrieved so message LumeR and he's all okay about it sais he will replace. So i'm happy he replaces it but its a US account so i can't use it. So i speak to him and he sais give him a couple of days. Been ecleast 2 weeks now and also i have left him Pm's and offline messages but no reply at all.

How they scammed: Not refunding/replacing when he said he would.
