scammer alert

hey there 2-3 days ago i added this guy by the name of pchulo214 on skype for elo boosting services, i payed the guy in full because in his thread many people vouched for him, i dunno why but he might have multiple accs anyways the guy didnt reply to any of my msgs and removed me from his friends list which clearyl means that he is a scammer. these are the pics of the convo that went on between me and him. here are the pics
