Scammed

I was just scammed by hyperblue 135$ Greg was are Middleman he will be my backup. about half an hour after i got account im guessing password was changed. I didn't find out until i spent 2 hours stacking up and organizing bank so I want to post proof.


What kind of legal action can I take I'm getting extremelly annoyed of being scammed I have his ip Address his home address.

Doing anything drastic will get you banned (counter-scamming/DDoSing). You can always find his house number and call his parents - that seems to do the trick most of the time.

You can't really take any legal action, but you can get him banned off this website. If you're able to get an unedited version of the picture and send it to Greg to verify that it is the account that was traded I'm sure he would be able to take action. The user asking "Acc back?" also is considered proof as it showed that the previous owner had the intention to recover.

Best bet is to call up paypal and explain the situation. Sigh, scammers these days. . .

 

from my knowledge, sorry to tell you but you can't take any legal action to be honest.
it was your risk buying the account or what ever trading virtual currency.

+ it is illegal to buy and sell items on rs/ accounts so yeah. Paypal can't do anything about it also.
So im assuming all you can do at the moment is get the scammer banned from sythe, sorry pal you can't take legal action nor get your money back.

 

Only way to do this is try it with Paypal. Don't say you sold a virtual item, rather say he did not provide you a service (make-up) that he promised for the money.

As for the loss, sorry about it but Accounts are the worst and I've seen them getting recovered 3 years after. Buy some bots and bot your way to a good account.
