Scammed ON PP

Hello friends, please feel free to laugh now or at the end of this post ~

I sold a gaming account 8 days ago (8/20/2019) to someone everything went smoothly he event went first. I had him send the money and note as "GIFT" through paypal. I wake up now (8-28-2019) to an email saying he opened a dispute. In his dispute he says that he bought this gaming account and that 8 days later the accounts where emptied and that the email was somehow restored.. Hes trying to scam the money and the accounts.

My proof is only discord conversations.

I've received 1 opinion on this and I think I have to pay him and take the loss, decided to post on here to see if anyone would have a helpful suggestion ~ I hope karma catches up with you scammers.

This sounds awful, how much was this for? Also, you could telephone PayPal and ask if you can present your evidence, don't give up!

 

Take screenshots of it all, follow the format and post it here (If it was someone from Sythe)

Send a very detailed email to the paypal dispute email address including all of the evidence you have. Also call paypal personally and explain the situation over the phone. You can always try man, who knows maybe the dispute will be closed in your favor.

I got scammed too and no one (including me) thought that I was getting my money back. With a very detailed email including Discord chat logs, a lot of patience and collection agencies on my ass I got my money back after 3 months.
