Scammed for Firecape.

So basically, I bought a service from Goldmines people for 70 - 75 Attack. As I was about to go play on my account I realized that my firecape wasn't there when I wanted to gear up. I took before pictures of my bank before they started the service but the pre-bank pictures don't have my username but the new screening I'm taking now have my name but it shows the exact items that's in the bank except I've moved my rares into a new tab.

You'll need proof the firecaper was doing the order/was on your account.

Even then, I'm not sure there is a difinitive way to prove anything was done by this user without having them confirm the contents before and them have you confirm everything's there afterwards.

 

It wasn't a firecaper doing a firecape, read my thread again, Entrr has photos of before he logged in and after he logged out. Plus he already knows he was on my account training that's an easy confirmation that can be supplied just PM him. http://www.sythe.org/members/405452-phat_1125.html - thats his profile

Impossible to pin point when the firecape went missing. Also the logic behind dropping the cape is non-existent. He stole nothing and completed the order why would he now just drop your firecape? I don't buy it.

 

What do you mean ''I don't buy it.'' He obviously did do something to my cape he was on my account he had access to my bankpin and he saw everything. Plus anyone would do that just to take the piss and be a douche bags I've seen it all over Sythe since I've been here I wouldn't lie for a firecape its only 5M 07 I can afford that but the fact is its not fair that he did that I trusted them that's why I quickly brought you into the chat and situation.

Edit 2: He also claimed that he'll refund or get me a cape so I don't know I want this sorted out..

 

Any update on him refunding you or getting you a cape because from where I stand I don't see what his motive would have been to drop it nor do I see conclusive evidence of him dropping it.
