Scammed by Zefrot

Briefly explain the trade: I was purchasing roughly 5 quests for 15m rsgp, we discussed on msn then i met ingame to trade him the money.

How they scammed: Met ingame after discussing on msn, accepted the 15m rsgp and blocked me on msn, Never got back to me.

I noticed he made a new questing service thread because his old thread had many complaints about scamming. I also noticed him on msn today and asked him for a refund but he said it was his partner who scammed me, then told me to meet him ingame for a refund and blocked me on msn.
