Scammed By Youinhell; $200

Youinhell was selling an account found here. I preformed a background check before sending him the money mind you and he showed to be a trusted member amongst a number of communities. Anyways, as we were talking over MSN we negotiated and he said he would sell it to be for $300. I agreed and we set up a 200/100 trade (I didn't have the money for an OMM so I relied on me research and trust for him in order to hope the trade went smoothly, oh how wrong I was). I would pay him $200 first and receive the User Pass and Bank Pin. Then I would send the final $100 and receive all the other necessary info. This however did not turn out to be the case and instead after I sent him the first payment he logged off after telling me to wait while he checked for two minutes.

Conclusively, I hope some action can be taken against him soon if I can not make further contact with him.

 

Leaving this one for someone else, could be me but the entire MSN convo looks chopped cause I have never seen an MSN convo that looked like that.

Alright I will need a picture of him saying his paypal email, and then a picture of you clicking details on the payment you sent so I can make sure its a match.
