Bought a wow vanilla cd-key but after i payed he said he was fixing it and went offline

if he decides to do the right thing i want a refund because i already bought a cd-key

 

Sent him a PM giving him 24 hours or a ban.

No then hes lieing along with scamming when he was online and said that i was sleeping

 

he said he sent it to me and to check folders but ive received nothing email, paypal, and sythe pms i want my money now this a redickluse
