    Briefly explain the trade: I agreed to trade Dota 2 for 40 dollars paypal. I went first because he had vouches. He never sent the payment and got offline on Steam.

    How they scammed: They never made a payment.

    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: The Hariov sent me a PM with his steam info and MSN name.
