Scammed by Davey32

So basically I wanted to sell my account(http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1217781) to Davey32(http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=225189) and I was told by Davey to add his MSN, so we talked and I agreed to go first since I was new here. So I gave him my account name and password and all the recovery information I can think off. He said he was going to pay me but he still hasn't payed me and he changed the password. Luckily I managed to get my account back with recovery questions and I now have my account but I still wanted to report for attempting to scam me. Now he is claiming it was another person which I think is a obvious lie.
