Scammers Profile : Safe and Hot Step Sis

Explanation of the trade : I was approached by Hot Step Sis regarding training my zerk. He told me he worked for "Safe" and made a 3 way convo with us. I made a deal with Safe and Hot Step Sis to get my strength and range trained. I paid Safe the money and Hot Step Sis was suppose to work on it. I explained to them I have been scammed in the past and they assured me not to worry everything will go smoothly. I went to sleep and when I wokeup my account was perm banned. I spent months creating this account all for it to be banned because these guys are not doing their service hand done. The agreement was 5gp/xp for str and range xp I knew it seemed to good to be true. Safe claims Hot Step Sis is his worker and has a deposit with him, yet hes posting on on Hot Step Sis's vouch thread saying "have traded well over 1500 euros of gold with this guy" and "This beast got me 75 ranged super fast. A very nice guy to talk with. AAA+ vouch will use again!" Yet he is his worker, not sure if this is allowed. I feel like both of them are actually one person and "Safe" is using "hot step sis" to scam with. The reason I believe this was based on how they were typing/responding on discord it felt like 1 person talking to me rather then 2. They never typed at the same time, and when I would direct a question to one the other would reply which raised some red flags. Another reason is Safe was saying how him and hot step sis are from the same country and the very same place that is why their IPS are nearly identical. Also "hot step sis" had a TWC regarding his IP and I read it was possible he was ban evading which really alarmed me and made me realize these 2 accounts are most likely one person.

Amount Scammed : I paid 63m for the service which I was given back, and 25m for supplies. I was given back 10m of the supplies and offered another 10$ in btc but I dont have btc so I couldnt accept it.
The main loss here is the loss of my account. I have spent hundreds of hours on it and am shocked to lose it in this manner.

How they scammed : Autoclicked/botted the service at NMZ instead of hand training

hot step sis has just been caught for ban evading and im positive this is Safe using this "fake worker" as an account to lure people.

Notice in the above screenshot "safe" defends the similarities of their IPS and locations, he said this before the ban evading report was even posted so he was trying to cover his tracks

Hi mods, first and foremost I would like to point out that the user has already been paid back the cost of the service, and we have went above and beyond by providing him with the 25m that was left on the account for supplies and offered another $10 simply to provide a high level of customer support. We have provided Alanthemonk with screenshots from the service, showing all services were hand done. I have reached out to Alan, and hope we can solve this amicably.

 

I really hope for a resolution as well. Its a devastating feeling. I will address the above post after speaking with safe.

 

If you look at the ban reason it will say from third party clients. This doesn't mean it was botting this is from the use of Osbuddy, runelite, OpenOSrs. The problem then lies with the fact this was something out of my control. It's been stated already by a Jagex employee that there have a been a large number of false bans and they are currently trying to review each of them and resolve this. There is also an example of this going around about a streamer got banned for the exact same reason randomly during his stream and the benefit for him is that a anti-cheat specialist was watching his stream at the time and resolved this issue. He even went on further to make a post on reditt about this issue and said instead of waiting 14 days process he was able to deal with straight away however they've acknowledged there is an issue at the moment. what i've also requested you to do earlier is to appeal your ban.

I dont believe this to be a case of false ban by jagex error. One day after giving my account to your worker it gets permanently banned. The same day my account was banned your worker was given a DNT in a case completely unrelated to me. He also had a previous TWC. One day after I get banned it gets proven hes a ban evader and has probably scammed many people in the past. If you truly arent the same person as him it would be only logical to assume hes behind this rather you wont even entertain that thought. It would be only logical to assume he is the culprit instead you used your own vouches to defend his credibility which amazes me

 

1. What does the comments say for when you're asking for proof for this case.
2. I wasn't aware of him being an ban-evador, I'm unaware of the reasoning behind his ban and nor are you so we can't just jump the the conclusion.
3. If this report was made against him I'd be agreeing with you, however this report is based against me. You are dead-set your account has been banned for botting however there has been a number of cases already made that account are being banned without actual reasoning. I've personally had several people state this to me.

 

He had a TWC regarding his identity 3 weeks ago. If hes your new worker im sure you would have seen this. Amongst the first things you said to me was how you two have nearly identical IPS and are from the same country same place. I didnt even ask you, you just volunteered that information out of nowhere. That leads me to believe you were trying to distance yourself from him from the very beginning because you were aware of his shady past. You say above if this post was made towards him alone you would agree with me, in your own words you say I am right but because it includes you, you dont agree. I made this deal with you, I gave the gp to you and I discussed the details of the service and gave my trust to YOU not him. You keep insisting on a fairy tale jagex error but I use the same 3rd party software as your worker and nothing ever happend. Theres a manuel comment from a jagex mod who has clearly given reasoning behind the permanent macroing ban. Its not a system mistake ban a mod was watching the account with his own eyes when issuing the ban. You said he has a deposit with you, I hope you didnt give that back knowing all of the things going on regarding his name. There could potentially be other victims.

 

@Safe since your still defending hot step sis's credibility here and on discord here is further proof he is a no good crook

He has scammed countless times times on sythe, osbuddy and rswinkel. Hes been caught scamming on 10 different accounts that we know of alone! That is insane. This is a career scammer. I suggest you look into all these people hes scammed and if you still have his deposit (which you should, unless you gave his deposit back in the middle of a scam report) you could use it to help some of his victims because there is a long list of them with enormous losses

 

no reply from @Safe in almost 2 days now and he’s been online both days. @Gladiator @BlackBlasses @Admires can I please get some insight here? Thanks so much in advance for your help.
