Sara brews

Ok i know alot of pkers use sara brews

How to do you put these into effect when pking i know thr purpose but whats the best way to use them? can someone explain because it lowers ur stats then u restore then u have to pot again?
i dont get it how do you use them correctly

I always used them to boost hp over my max before I did something dangerous.

Since the release of rocktails, that's not really necessary, but the def boost is still nice.

 

The trick is that you double eat with a shark+brew when you're in a tight spot, then afterwards double eat with a restore + pot.

 

Bring a yak-full of brews to mage bank to outlast teleblock.

 

This is what i do =)! By using Sara Brew + Food combo, you can heal even up to 400+hp depending on food and actual HP, then you drink a brew and a super restore, which will bring your stats back to normal, then you attaack again while repotting, it's a good strategy but only works if you have extra pot doses in inv!

 

I usually eat sharks while sipping a brew. The combo works nice IMO.

 

I think the double eat also works (better?) with a pie/pizza and shark?

 

no, just do like this:

take like 2/3 sharks, some brews and some super restores and all the normal shit like super att, str, etc.

while ur not that low hp and you need to eat just click brew and one food and ur hp gets up more as normal.
