Our client, Ironman, was scammed by Sami while using the imposter account. As a result, we had to issue a refund of $1,743.52 for an active order of 10 megascales made by the client. And the client lost 2.5b bank.

Sadly, the client has closed/blocked the conversation with the imposter. I just tried to pull logs now, because we know who he is.
(He was able to provide us the conversation because he had sent it to a friend.)

At the time, since we didn't know who he was, we didn't open a report. And not to mention that clients will never take pictures when are supposedly trading us. So that's not possible for us to provide unfortunately
