I truly don't understand why people have the need to do this..

Anyways, back in July of 2010 I bought an account from saiyangohanz for the price of $350. We used the OMM Ix Syed xI in which I vouched for Syed on his thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=717102&page=22 and also vouched for saiyangohanz on his thread but as you can see he also vouched on Syed's thread.

All went well for the past 4 months until now. I hadn't been on RuneScape in some time because of some personal issues but when I finally decided to today I find to come that the password had been changed. Thinking I must have forgot it I went on my email to come and see an email from Jagex asking to confirm address change, obviously I wouldn't change the email.

This is where I'm at now, about an hour ago I made a password recovery appeal and it is currently still pending so I'm waiting to see if the information he gave me originally was correct or to see if it isn't enough. About a week ago, I had rebuilt my computer because of some technical issues so therefore I do not have any chat logs in which I don't think you guys would approve of because it isn't the original conversation window obviously. I do in fact still have the document he sent to Syed who sent to me which includes all information (Payment transactions, recovery questions, date of creation, IP address, etc) and I also have his personal number which back than I had to make sure it was actually him and all would go well but clearly not. Below I will provide PayPal transaction, and 2 email photos. If this isn't enough confirmation I will make a video showing me putting the details he sent me into a new appeal and waiting to see if it will get accepted or not.

Clearly he won't send the money back, I know that. I'm just looking for some justice. I don't know if I will be able to take legal actions as this is a lot of money ($350) but I will look deeply into that. If anyone could help me in the legal field that would be very helpful.

With this being said I will be taking legal actions unless an agreement can be made but of course I don't trust this guy. So, let's see.
