Sabrizzle Scammed Me!

Yesterday, Sabrizzle ([email protected]) added me on MSN yesterday, willing to buy my account. We talked for a good 20 minutes. We came up with the negotiation that he would give $35 PayPal Gift in exchange for my runescape account. Next, we tried to find a middle man. Nick wasn't on to OMM so we decided to use PlzNate from the Middle Man forums. He added me right away and we went into a 3 man chat room. The process went that I would let PlzNate log onto the account and verify that there were no recoveries or no email set and the account details matched. He verified the account and gave Sabrizzle the OK to send me the money. Sabrizzle said that he understood that he would send it as a PayPal gift. He sent me the money and PlzNate gave him all the information. On my way home from school, I received 2 emails from PayPal, and the important one stated that "OMANOMAR HAD ISSUED A SENT PAYMENT AS AN UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT". I went onto to MSN and he is denying everything. PlzNate was there to verify and Sabrizzle still owns the account. Here are the pictures and other info :

I GAVE PLZNATE ALL THE CORRECT INFO TO GIVE TO SABRIZZLE, AND SABRIZZLE ALREADY CHANGED ALL THE RECOVERY INFORMATION, SO IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW I COULD POSSIBLY WIN THE CLAIM, PLZ EMAIL ME AT [email protected] BECAUSE THERE IS NO CHANCE THAT I AM GOING TO RECOVER THIS ACCOUNT.
